Seasonal work
Landscaping, events, agriculture and retail delivery all peak and trough. Run a core fleet on fixed terms and flex the rest month to month.
Van subscriptions
Add a van when you win the work. Hand it back when the job finishes. Everything but insurance, fuel and racking is in the monthly price.
A van subscription is an all-inclusive monthly agreement for a commercial vehicle: the van, servicing and maintenance, road fund licence, manufacturer warranty and breakdown assistance in one payment. It starts from one month, with the best pricing from 90 days and over, and notice to return is just 5 working days — subject to availability and blackout periods. You can keep the same van until it reaches three years old. You supply insurance, fuel, and any racking, shelving or signwriting.
Who it suits

Won a nine month site contract? Take nine months of van. Lost the renewal? Give notice. Your overheads follow your revenue.
One van becomes two becomes four, but rarely on a schedule you can forecast. Subscriptions let the fleet keep up without three-year bets.
A van off the road for repair is lost revenue. A subscription van fills the gap for as long as it takes, then goes back.
Before committing a whole fleet to electric, run one for six months and find out what the range and charging really look like on your routes.
Crew vans for site teams that assemble for a job and disband afterwards. No stranded assets when the project closes.
